Thank you for choosing FinlyticZ, a business intelligence and data analytics platform owned and operated by Payvance Innovation Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
We strive to ensure our users have a seamless experience while integrating their Tally ERP data with our platform. Because we provide a fully transparent evaluation period prior to purchase, our cancellation and refund processes are governed by the following straightforward terms.
1. Free Trial Evaluation
To ensure that FinlyticZ perfectly aligns with your business intelligence requirements before any financial commitment is made, we offer a 14-Day Free Trial.
- The trial provides unrestricted access to our core features, live Tally data syncing, and operational reporting modules.
- No credit card or payment authorization is required to activate the trial.
- Because this trial allows you to completely evaluate the software risk-free, users are expected to make an informed purchasing decision prior to upgrading to a paid tier.
2. Refund Policy
All financial transactions, subscriptions, and add-on purchases made on the platform are structured based on the billing cycle you choose (e.g., annual billing).
- Strict No-Refunds Policy: Once a subscription plan is chosen, authorized, and paid for, the fees are 100% non-refundable.
- Partial Usage: We do not offer prorated refunds, credits, or cash-back options for partially used subscription periods, mid-cycle downgrades, or periods where the desktop sync connector remained idle.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered under extreme, verified technical anomalies where our engineering team fails to initiate the baseline activation of your account within a reasonable timeframe after billing, or in duplicate billing instances caused by payment gateway errors.
3. Cancellation Policy
You maintain full control over your account status and can choose to cancel your subscription service tier at any point.
- Process: You may request a cancellation directly through your account dashboard or by submitting an official written request from your registered email address to support@finlyticz.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will not be immediately terminated. You will continue to have full access to your real-time dashboards and Tally data synchronization modules until the end of your current, pre-paid billing cycle.
- Future Charges: A successful cancellation ensures that your account will not be automatically renewed or charged for the subsequent billing year.
4. Taxes & Gateway Dues
- All listed subscription fees are exclusive of statutory taxes (18% GST).
- Any processing fees or localized banking taxes charged by third-party payment gateways during purchase or cancellation cycles are entirely non-refundable by the Company.
5. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If a renewal payment fails or is not completed on time, Payvance Innovation Private Limited reserves the right to temporarily pause your live Tally data pipeline and rate-limit application access. If the account remains past due, we reserve the right to suspend the architecture until dues are cleared, in accordance with our overarching product lifecycle guidelines.
